I am Angela Bottomley, the daughter of a farmer, the grand-daughter of a farmer, locally born and bred and still resident here.
I have always enjoyed craftwork and my most recent idea is a "Penny for Luck" range of gifts. These include decorated genuine horseshoes - tailored to suit all occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, prizes etc.
I am also able to decorate rolling pins, straw hats, wooden spoons and similar items. Each one bears an English penny pieced to bring you luck (I hope!). Any item can be personalised entirely to suit a customer's requirements.
I can also obtain other very good quality gifts that are, where possible, entirely British made - including padded coat hangers, special photograph albums and chalk-boards. Greetings cards are also available.

I now work from my brother's farm shop where there are homegrown vegetables and other commodities - he is Alan Hewson and his Crossroads Farm Shop is located just outside the village of Eastwell, near Melton Mowbray. Full details of the Farm Shop and its museum of old farming memorabilia are included within this website and you are cordially invited to view by clicking the logo below.
