THE BELVOIR - CROXTON PARK

Some 50 well-supported riders turned out on 8th November 2006 as the season really got under way.
One elderly lady remarked that she remembered the days when she rode to the Duke's hounds for 103 days in one season and that on occasion up to 400 riders would be taking part - and audibly sighed with emotion at the memories.
