MELTON TRADITIONAL NEW YEAR MEET
For decades in the historic halcyon days of foxhunting the Market Place had been the centre for this event, but in recent years the modern venue of the arena in the Town Estate's Playclose has seen the New Year Meet. This year (2005) it was crowded with supporters determined to "Fight the Ban" on a fine morning as the Cottesmore graced us with their presence.RANDOM SHOTS
